Clients • To ensure the confidentiality and security of all firm and client documentation and/or information • To maintain regular contact with the client and keep him/her informed at all times • To deal promptly with all client enquiries and correspondence, including correspondence with third parties concerning that client's affairs • To ensure that clients are aware of all services provided by the firm
