Responsibilities:

Assist with a wide range of issues that our customers may experience on our products (Broadband, Hosting, voice, Dial Up)
These range from technical problems to account queries, sales and retentions while always taking active steps to enhance our relationship with our customers.
Customer contact is via telephone, email and fax
Call logging on internal database
